Laser- Induced Breakdown Spectrometer is designed for -rapid measurement of the mass fraction of chemical elements in metals and alloys.

Chemical elements concentrations are measured simultaneously in the sample.

The spectrometer is designed for work shops and laboratories of metallurgical and machine building enterprises and research institutions.

Method of analysis – Laser-Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy.

Graduation based on 1 host material – Fe.

The principle of operation of laser-induced breakdown spectrometer is based on the method of emission frequency-domain analysis of plasma radiation of the study sample, obtained using laser ablation.

The laser beam is focused on the surface of the sample, leading to plasma incipiency. The frequencies content of plasma radiation is determined by the chemical composition of the sample.

The optical schematic designed to analyze and record the optical schematic spectrum includes a density grating and a data acquisition system.

The analyzer can be supplied with an integrated library of alloy grades.
