The Robust Pro 256/256 high-end phased array ultrasound board is developed by Doppler. It is a high-performance and high-resolution board that integrates 256 independent parallel transmission and reception channels (256 parallel transmission channels, 256 reception channels for acquisition and processing), 2.5 ns high-precision acoustic (optical) beam delay control, and data can be quickly uploaded to personal computers or other technology platforms in real time. Based on the particularity of its large number of channels, it can fully leverage the advantages of probes such as Matrix array , DMA probes, greatly expanding the application fields of phased array technology, and is widely used in fields such as nuclear power, aerospace, high-speed railways, power.

Features

■Supports 256 channel 3D TFM detection, providing visual realtime detection images.

■Higher resolution: ROBUST PRO supports 2D FMC-TFM and PWI-TFM, with up to 4 million data points per frame of the image.

■Supporting simultaneous detection of phased array and TFM, a host can adapt to different detection environments and obtain more accurate analysis results by comparing and analyzing different detection modes.

■In some specific detection environments, using DLA/DMA probes can get a higher signal-to-noise ratio than conventional linear array probes, achieving better detection results.

■The new bipolar pulse generator provides more energy to penetrate thick walled components and improve defect detection rate.

■The maximum pulse repetition frequency can reach 40KHz, suitable for various high-speed automated detection scenarios.

■It can achieve multi-channel high-speed and high-precision data acquisition, multi-channel ultrasound signal high-speed and real-time processing, and the results after data acquisition canbe displayed in C-type and S-type imaging modes.
